Based on your idea, we develop the roadmap and technical specifications for your development projects. We write specifications for awarding contracts in the area of ​​development and construction of machines and mechanical engineering equipment. Or we can support you in formulating your Scope of Work for a project you want to work on for your customer.

Project planning

What phases and milestones are planned for the project?

We create project plans adapted to the respective project size and characteristics. We define project phases and milestones, create network plans, plan the required resources and their utilization and develop process planning. We either access the project-relevant information from your specialist departments, or we develop a complete project plan based on our own estimates and experience in similar projects.

Calculation

What resources need to be used and what costs can be expected?

We prepare the technical and economic assessment of development projects in mechanical and plant engineering and evaluate the required effort and project risks. We provide quantity frameworks for development and construction (person hours and required qualifications) as well as taking into account the effort required to implement prototype testing and validation.

Project execution

How do you manage your resources as efficiently as possible?

Taking on project assignments as responsible project manager or multi-project management as engineering coordinator.

We either manage your team of specialist departments and/or external specialists or we handle your project entirely with our own resources. We pay attention to a clear distribution of roles and awareness of responsibilities in your project, communicate promptly, purposefully and appreciatively with all those involved in the project, thus enabling loss-free collaboration.

What content is already contractually agreed and what can lead to additional demands?

We support you in fending off additional demands from suppliers in development projects in mechanical and plant engineering. Or we can improve your results by setting up claim management in your projects.

Requirements management

How do we ensure that the product ultimately meets the requirements?

We take over the design and implementation of requirements management as an integral part of the above-mentioned project management. Or we take on the role of a requirements engineer within your project team.

We ensure that all upcoming projects are carried out with the required quality and that the costs remain within the planned framework.
